Bellroy is on a mission to build a meaningful presence in China and we’re just getting started. Over the past four years, we’ve shifted from cross-border selling to a fully localised operation. As campaign complexity grows and the ecommerce landscape evolves, we're looking for a Channel Manager who can bring real depth to marketplace management, not just coverage.
You’ll be responsible for shaping Bellroy’s ecommerce channel strategy and translating it into clear commercial and operational plans. Working closely with our TP partners and external agencies, you’ll set priorities, provide direction, and ensure campaigns and day-to-day operations are executed efficiently and to a high standard. You’ll use data and insights to identify opportunities, optimise performance, and continuously improve how we show up across key marketplaces, while elevating the consumer experience and ensuring a consistent, premium brand journey across all touchpoints. Inside Bellroy you'll sit alongside the broader Operations team and have a direct line to our Country Manager, so when you spot something worth doing, you won't be shouting into a void. Good thinking gets heard here, and the person who did the work gets the credit for it.
Plenty of people in marketplace roles spend their days squeezed between an agency on one side and internal sign-offs on the other, never quite holding the wheel. This role hands you the wheel. You get genuine ownership of the channel, the room to back your own analysis, and a clear path to grow as the China business does.
Even if you don't tick every box, if the idea of taking full ownership of Bellroy's China marketplaces excites you, we'd love to hear from you.
