As a Lead – Digital Channels, the role involves end-to-end ownership of the bank s Mobile Banking App, Internet Banking platform, and Public Website. The position focuses on defining channel strategy, driving delivery, improving customer experience, and ensuring secure, compliant, and scalable digital platforms. Daily responsibilities include roadmap ownership, stakeholder management, performance monitoring, and continuous optimization of digital channels.
Roles & Responsibilities
Own and manage the digital channel roadmap and lifecycle.
Translate business requirements into BRDs and functional specifications.
Lead solutioning with Technology and Architecture teams.
Drive customer journey optimization and UX improvements.
Ensure regulatory, security, and data privacy compliance.
Manage end-to-end delivery, budgets, risks, and timelines.
Monitor KPIs such as adoption, uptime, defects, and transaction success.
Lead automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Professional & Technical Skills
Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Digital Banking platforms.
Expertise in digital product management and channel ownership.
Deep understanding of core banking systems and integrations.
Familiarity with cybersecurity and fraud controls.
Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
Data-driven decision-making capability.
