Summary:
As a Data Migration Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the entire data migration process from initial planning through to execution. This role requires coordinating multiple teams to ensure that data is transferred accurately and completely, while managing risks and implementing controls to maintain data integrity. The position demands continuous communication and collaboration with various stakeholders to facilitate a seamless transition to the target system, ensuring that all aspects of the migration are aligned with project goals and timelines.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks associated with data migration.
- Monitor progress and quality of data migration activities to ensure compliance with standards.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and mentorship.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with MySQL, SAP Data Services Development.
- Strong expertise in data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
- Ability to design and implement data validation and reconciliation techniques.
- Experience in managing complex data migration projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with data quality management and data governance principles.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
