What You’ll Do
- Support metadata, lineage and data catalog integration across Azure data platforms;
- Assist in applying Data Governance and Data Quality frameworks in regulated, enterprise environments;
- Collaborate on Git-based workflows for governance-related changes and documentation;
- Monitor platform and data health indicators, contributing to reporting on quality and policy adherence;
- Apply best practices in incident management and production support, escalating when needed;
- Maintain and update data catalog entries, metadata and lineage documentation;
- Ensure data classification and retention policies are applied in compliance with GDPR;
- Own the documentation of data governance artefacts such as data dictionaries and quality rules;
- Support the enforcement of governance standards across multi-environment setups (Dev / UAT / PRD);
- Contribute to incident resolution and escalation within production data platforms.
What You Bring
- University degree in Computer Science, Engineering or comparable field;
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in data platforms or data governance;
- Experience with Metadata, Lineage & data catalog integration;
- Experience in incident management and production support;
- Experience working in data platforms (not only analytics or reporting);
- Understanding of pipelines, orchestration, and data processing;
- Professional English C1 level (spoken and written – mandatory);
- French and/or Dutch is a plus;
- Effective communication with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders;
- Strong collaboration skills within distributed and cross‑functional teams;
- Proactive mindset with a high sense of ownership and accountability;
- Structured approach to incident and problem management;
- Ability to prioritize workload efficiently in a dynamic environment;
