Data Architect Sr. Principal

We’re seeking a Data Architect to design and deliver modern, scalable data platforms and models that support enterprise analytics and decision‑making.

Required Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field plus 5-7 years of experience; or a minimum of 10 years combined Intelligence Community (IC) experience in lieu of degree

​• Minimum 5-7 years in data engineering/BI/analytics roles, including demonstrated experience designing and delivering enterprise data architectures (data warehouse/lake/lakehouse).
• Security clearance level: Active TS/SCI with poly

​Specific knowledge, skills and expertise required

• Knowledge of industry data standards, architectures, and design principles for complex databases. Ability to ensure data integrity, eliminate data incompatibilities, and manage data resources effectively.

• Skills in analyzing system behavior, identifying performance measures, and resolving complex problems related to data infrastructure.

• Ability to generate or adapt technology to serve user needs, consider cost-benefit analyses, and project resource requirements.

• Ability to lead working groups, negotiate, and create consensus, indicating strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

• Ability to develop and present complex technical information to various audiences, translating technical concepts into understandable terms.

• Ability to develop and recommend data management policies, standards, and security measures, ensuring effective data management operations.

Desired Qualifications
•Certification in relevant data science or analytics methodologies

• Experience leading data management or analytics teams

• Experience with cloud-based data management platforms. • Knowledge/background in other industries (e.g., finance, healthcare).

The likely salary range for this position is $169,604 - $229,464. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
