Senior Manager - Data Analysis & AI Engineer
The Data Analysis & AI Lead is responsible for enabling data‑driven portfolio governance and decision‑making across the technology organization. This role owns portfolio data foundations, analytics, and AI use cases that support executive governance, performance management, delivery predictability, and innovation enablement. Key Responsibilities:
Data Governance & Foundations
Define and maintain portfolio data governance standards, including data definitions, ownership, lineage, and quality controls.
Ensure data consistency and integrity across portfolio, delivery, financial, and capacity data sources.
Establish and maintain a single source of truth for portfolio reporting and analytics.
Partner with enterprise data teams to align with data security, compliance, and architecture standards.
Analytics & Portfolio Insights
Design and deliver portfolio analytics supporting governance, prioritization, performance tracking, and capacity planning.
Develop executive‑level dashboards that provide decision‑ready views of portfolio health, risks, dependencies, and trends.
Translate complex datasets into clear narratives, insights, and recommendations for leadership forums.
Support performance KPIs and OKRs related to delivery, quality, financial signals, and value realization.
AI / ML Use Cases & Automation
Identify, design, and implement AI and advanced analytics use cases aligned to portfolio needs, such as:
Portfolio prioritization and scenario modeling
Risk and dependency detection
Capacity and demand forecasting
Automated insight and narrative generation
Drive automation of manual PMO activities, including data collection, reconciliation, and reporting.
Evaluate emerging AI tools and techniques and scale successful pilots into standard portfolio practices.
Integration with Portfolio & Delivery Tools
Integrate data across portfolio and delivery tools (e.g., Planview, ADO, ServiceNow, financial systems).
Enable analytics that connect strategy, funding, capacity, and execution into cohesive portfolio views.
Support tooling standardization and prevent fragmented or duplicated analytics solutions.
Stakeholder Enablement & Adoption
Enable stakeholders to interpret and trust data, providing guidance on insights, limitations, and implications.
Support executive and PMO forums with analytics‑driven materials and recommendations.
Promote a data‑ and AI‑driven culture within the PMO and broader technology organization.
