About the role

We are looking for a Product Analytics Manager to join our Product Analytics team within the AI & Data Platform area at Visa Open Banking in Stockholm. In this role, you will play a critical part in enabling data-driven decision-making across our product organization — ensuring our products are measurable, optimized, and scalable across global markets.

You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Commercial, and Leadership teams, acting as a strategic partner who translates product usage data into insights that shape product strategy, commercial offerings, and customer outcomes.

What you will do

• Enable product decision-making through data by supporting the product organization with actionable insights based on product usage, behaviour, and performance, leveraging analytics and AI where applicable.
• Partner closely with Product Management throughout the product lifecycle — from discovery and development to optimization and scaling.
• Drive impact analysis and optimization by identifying and quantifying the impact of changes to products, pricing, and commercial models.
• Support commercial strategy and growth by providing analytical input into the development and execution of new commercial offerings.
• Build and own analytics solutions including dashboards, data models, and recurring analyses.
• Strengthen analytics foundations by ensuring high data quality, clear definitions, and scalable analytics practices across products.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications

Essential skills and experience:

• Proven experience in Product Analytics, Business Analytics, or Data Analytics roles with strong exposure to product development.
• Hands-on experience with Looker and Power BI for dashboarding and visualisation.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data analysis and modelling.
• Experience working with Airflow or similar orchestration tools for analytics pipelines.
• Strong understanding of product metrics, impact measurement, and optimisation.
• Ability to translate complex analysis into clear insights and narratives for senior stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with platform, API-based, or data-heavy products.
• Exposure to AI-driven analytics, automation, or advanced analytical techniques.
• Experience in fintech, financial services, or open banking environments.
• Experience working in global and regulated organisations.
