Operations Research Analyst Level 2

🔒 Clearance & Citizenship Requirements

This position requires U.S. Citizenship and an active TS/SCI security clearance with Full Scope Polygraph. Candidates who do not currently hold these credentials will not be considered.

You Have:

• Oral and written communications skills to explain data analysis to stakeholders

• Experience in providing problem definition and gathering data requirements from stakeholders

• 4+ years of experience in providing problem definition and solving quantitative problems using operations research techniques

• 4+ years of experience with the application of modeling and simulation to address decision analysis problems

• 4+ years of experience conducting multiple objective decision analysis or cost benefit analysis in support of research objectives

• 4+ years of experience with PANDAS, R, Excel and VBA, ARENA, OCTAVE, Tableau, Gurobi and CPLEX, EXTENDISM, SAS, NETICA, stats models, Stata, MATLAB, or SPSS

• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

• Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) field

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with developing and performing verification and validation of models to ensure adequacy

• Experience developing and delivering training materials for operations research techniques

• Experience briefing results and preparing written reports on analytic approaches and methodologies

• Experience developing novel approaches or methodologies to address complex problems

• Master's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) field
