Job Description:

The Project Manager role within Strategy and Talent (S&T) is accountable for leading Data Shield Programme initiatives, delivering all aspects of SCM (Supply Chain Management) initiative delivery, including change management activities, and ensuring its alignment with business strategy & objectives and delivering tangible results

The role supports the Programme Manager in day-to-day execution to achieve key milestones and intended outcomes, while driving end-to-end delivery across the full project lifecycle. This includes ensuring delivery to agreed scope, schedule, cost and quality standards in line with Group Change Delivery Standards (CDS) and relevant frameworks.

The Project Manager also establishes strong governance and control across planning, financial management, delivery tracking and approvals, and leads complex business and technology change by mobilising stakeholders, managing vendors, and proactively identifying and mitigating risks to protect delivery outcomes.

Key Experiences

 Minimum 12 years of overall work experience in banking field, with proven track record in Project Management role. Experience with managing Agile and waterfall projects. 

 Should be proficient on working with project management tools – Clarity, ADO, Confluence, MS-Office (Word, PowerPoint, excel), MS-Project, MS-Planner, MS-whiteboard, etc

 Should possess excellent communication and presentation skills (both written and oral).

 Should be proficient in doing financial forecasting & budgeting.

 Knowledge of Bank’s policies and procedures and key risk areas/risk types such as data quality is a must.

Qualifications and Certifications

 Project Management accreditation i.e.– PMI – PMP/ PgMP/ PfMP
