As our Replenishment & Reporting Analyst, you’ll partner closely with Merchandising, Planning, and Allocation to ensure the right product is in the right place at the right time—across all channels. Reporting to the Sr. Inventory Planner, you’ll play a key role in driving omni-channel inventory productivity and exceeding targets across inventory turn, weeks of supply (WOS), in-stock, and fill rate.

  • What You’ll Do

  • Own core forecasting and replenishment for your categories, driving continuous improvement in forecast accuracy across both short-term (in-season replenishment) and long-term planning (rolling 15 months).  
  • Drive strong in-stock and fill rate performance, ensuring customers can always find their core Knix products
  • Become the go-to expert on your business—understanding seasonality, product performance, and when to rationalize by SKU or size
  • Balance inventory across distribution centres (CA & US) and emerging channels (Amazon, wholesale), optimizing for growth and efficiency
  • Identify opportunities to improve inventory productivity—from increasing sell-through to reducing aged inventory and improving WOS and turnover
  • Use data to influence decisions—providing recommendations on buy depth and assortment, and confidently challenging assumptions
  • Own and evolve our Quick Turn replenishment model with sourcing and vendor partners
  • Build tools, improve workflows, and reduce manual work to make our processes smarter and more efficient
  • Deliver clear, accurate reporting (daily, weekly, and ad hoc) that helps the business move faster and make better decisions
  • Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in retail inventory management or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience working with key retail metrics (sales, gross margin, receipt flow, size curves, OTB, etc.)
  • Experience with forecasting models, replenishment systems, or inventory optimization tools is an asset
  • Comfortable working with large datasets; experience with SQL, BI tools, or dashboards is a plus
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong data management capabilities
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Adaptable and comfortable navigating ambiguity while solving complex problems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
