You, the Analytics Manager of our dreams, are the connective tissue between business strategy, customer behavior, experimentation, and measurement. You understand that modern analytics goes far beyond implementation, it requires helping clients navigate increasingly fragmented, AI-influenced customer journeys while building measurement strategies that drive confident decision-making.

In this role, you will architect measurement solutions, lead experimentation initiatives, validate marketing hypotheses, and help clients understand the causal impact of their digital investments. You’ll work closely with clients and internal teams to develop scalable analytics frameworks, implement advanced tracking strategies, and evolve how organizations measure success in an AI-powered world.

This is an Account Manager role at Seer, you are a client-facing practitioner who owns relationships, drives strategy, and delivers results. You are equally comfortable discussing data layers and tag governance as you are facilitating conversations around KPIs, GEO test design, incrementality, and business outcomes.

Role Highlights

  • Partner directly with clients to develop and operationalize GEO measurement strategies across AI-powered search experiences

  • Support Seer’s GEO Test & Learn initiatives by defining hypotheses, establishing testing methodologies, identifying success metrics, and evaluating causal relationships between marketing activities and business outcomes

  • Distinguish correlation from incrementality through thoughtful experimental design and analytical rigor

  • Work cross-functionally with SEO, Paid Media, Creative, and Data teams to evaluate how AI-driven customer experiences influence awareness, behaviors, conversions, and loyalty

  • Help clients evolve beyond traditional funnel reporting toward modern measurement frameworks that reflect nonlinear customer journeys

  • Use Claude and other AI tools to generate analytical outputs, then translate those findings into clear, confident narratives for client stakeholders and executive audiences
