The Role:
The Accuracy Research Analyst independently performs moderate‑complexity Accuracy Testing research and serves as a reliable contributor for high‑volume research domains. This role applies judgment within defined guidelines, resolves most research scenarios without escalation, and supports consistency and quality across the research team.
Key Responsibilites:
- Perform Accuracy Testing research across multiple test categories, including those requiring source comparison and interpretation within established guidelines.
- Correctly apply authoritative‑source hierarchies and document research decisions clearly.
- Resolve routine ambiguities independently and escalate only higher‑risk or unclear cases.
- Support junior analysts through informal guidance and example setting.
- Maintain strong accuracy and throughput performance under sustained production volumes.
- Acts as a trusted producer for Quality Control teams, reducing rework and clarification cycles.
- Supports operational stability by handling more complex research with minimal oversight.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in research, verification, data quality, or investigative roles.
- Proven ability to evaluate conflicting information and explain research rationale.
- Experience working in environments with quality control or audit oversight.
- Strong written communication and documentation skills.
