Senior Analytics Engineer

What you will do:

  • Analyze large, complex datasets to extract clear, actionable insights and recommend process improvements
  • Apply statistical and machine learning techniques (e.g., regression, random forests) to identify key drivers and build predictive models
  • Identify valuable data features, handle outliers, and present findings through visual and numerical summaries
  • Translate data into business solutions and develop scalable analytics capabilities
  • Design and work with relational and distributed databases; build BI dashboards and reports across platforms
  • Evaluate and select analytics tools, vendors, and data access solutions; support data monetization strategies
  • Ensure data quality, accuracy, and integrity; resolve issues and document results
  • Define project scope, timelines, resources, and costs; create plans and track progress
  • Monitor delivery, mitigate risks, manage scope changes, and ensure profitability and quality standards
  • Coordinate with cross-functional and global teams; maintain accurate time and performance tracking
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to deliver solutions and manage expectations
  • Communicate insights clearly, resolve issues, and identify new business opportunities
  • Support sales with analytics expertise, presentations, and proposal development
  • Lead initiatives, mentor junior team members, and share knowledge across teams
  • Contribute to tools, documentation, and best practices; support continuous learning
  • Stay current on market trends, tools, and methodologies; pursue ongoing professional development

What you will bring:

  • University degree with a high numerical content (such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics);
  • 4+ years of experience in the field of data analytics;
  • Advanced Knowledge in statistical software packages and other related technologies;
  • Skills summarizing data numerically and visually;
  • Ability to tell compelling stories with data that are understood by diverse audiences;
  • Mentor junior colleagues;
  • Fluent English – written and spoken.
