Corporate Graphic and Motion Graphics Designer

Job Description & Summary

Join our team as a Corporate Graphic and Motion Graphics Designer and help turn complex business content into clear, engaging and brand-consistent visual communication. In this role, you will combine creativity, attention to detail and technical expertise to support high-quality client and internal deliverables across print, digital and motion formats.

What you will be doing:

· You create, edit and format reports, presentations and templates in PowerPoint and Word in line with our firm's corporate identity guidelines and those of our clients.

· You design and produce printed materials, interactive documents and information graphics, and you create and edit images and illustrations using Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office applications.

· You collaborate with colleagues on a wide range of topics and continuously build your design and business knowledge.

· Experience editing videos in Premiere Pro and creating animations in After Effects or similar tools is considered an advantage, especially for supporting engaging digital communication.

What we need from you:

· You have a degree in Graphic or Digital Design, or similar education, and at least three years' relevant professional experience, ideally in the financial, insurance or consulting industry.

· You have in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Word, and Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat, and you are confident using digital tools.

· You are skilled in visual communication, have an eye for detail and document consistency, and deliver high-quality results with minimal errors, even in fast-paced situations.

· You have an interest in business and financial topics.

· You take responsibility, work independently in a focused and precise manner, and are comfortable meeting deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

· You bring a positive attitude, flexibility, curiosity and willingness to learn, and you are proficient in English; knowledge of German and/or French is considered an advantage.

· You are highly service-oriented and committed, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work diligently as part of a hybrid team.
