DESCRIPTION:
Join our creative team at Thermo Fisher Scientific as a Graphic Designer II! You'll contribute to delivering compelling visual content that supports our mission of making the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. In this position, you'll create and adapt sophisticated design assets across multiple platforms, from digital marketing to print materials, ensuring brand consistency and visual excellence throughout. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform concepts into impactful visual stories that engage our audiences and drive results. This role offers opportunities to work on diverse projects, from motion graphics and video content to marketing collateral and digital assets, while contributing to meaningful scientific advancement on a global scale.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree plus 2+ years of experience in graphic design, video editing, or production design
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma)
Strong experience with video editing and motion graphics tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects)
Ability to create compelling visual content across digital, print, video, and social channels
Strong visual storytelling, layout, typography, and brand consistency skills
Experience adapting and optimizing creative assets for multiple platforms and audiences
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams
Knowledge of current design trends, animation principles, and creative best practices
Portfolio demonstrating strong creative execution, motion/video capabilities, and attention to detail
Experience using AI tools to support productivity and decision-making
