Your Opportunity:
A Senior Men Shoes Designer plays a key role in driving the creative development of the Men’s Footwear category, translating the brand vision into innovative, commercially relevant, and technically feasible collections. He/she/they will lead design activities across seasonal projects, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the evolution of the category through strong creative direction, product expertise, and market awareness.
Your Contribution:
• Lead the design and development of Men’s footwear collections in line with brand vision and seasonal direction.
• Research trends, materials, and constructions to create innovative and commercially relevant products.
• Collaborate with Design, Product Development, Merchandising, and Production teams throughout all development stages.
• Prepare technical drawings, specs, and design notes to support product execution and manufacturing.
• Manage multiple seasonal projects, ensuring quality, consistency, and respect of timelines.
• Support the growth of the category through strong product knowledge, creativity, and market awareness
Your Skills:
• 8–10+ years of experience in Men’s footwear design, preferably luxury/premium.
• Degree in Fashion, Footwear Design, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of shoe construction, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and relevant design tools.
• Strong creative vision combined with solid technical expertise.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven mindset
