Product Designer
Reporting to a Product Design Lead, you will play a key role in a multidisciplinary team of designers, engineers, and product managers, helping shape the future of our products and experiences.
You will also have a solid foundation in UI and interaction design, enabling you to craft intuitive, effective, and cohesive experiences across our suite of products. Working closely with cross-functional partners, you will help translate complex problems into elegant, scalable solutions that deliver value for both users and the business.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Collaborate across disciplines with product managers, engineers, and researchers to define problem spaces, uncover customer needs, and design solutions that drive business outcomes.
Contribute to and support the execution of our product strategy across the entire portfolio.
Facilitate workshops to align team intent around business and customer goals, distilling outputs into actionable design artifacts.
Navigate technical constraints effectively, ensuring your design decisions and solutions account for engineering realities.
Elevate project discussions using rapid sketching and prototyping to drive alignment among team members and stakeholders.
Ensure holistic consistency across the customer journey, designing with high-level user goals and brand guidelines at heart.
Deliver coherent and effective experiences, ensuring solutions directly address the problem at hand and resonate with our brand identity.
Partner closely with engineering to provide clear, well-understood design specifications and support the implementation process.
Explore broad design routes by creating provocations and prototypes that push boundaries and help us evolve and build better products.
Bring strong visual and interaction craft to your work, designing thoughtful micro-interactions, intuitive user flows, and scalable information architectures.
Elevate our visual craft by delivering high-fidelity designs, sophisticated layouts, and polished UI components that set a high bar for quality.
Operate with high autonomy, driving impactful team output with minimal oversight.
Contribute to our design system, helping to shape and scale it so new products launch cohesively and existing ones evolve gracefully.
WHO YOU ARE
You have 3 to 5+ years of experience working within product teams as a Product Designer.
A formal degree isn't required, but your depth of knowledge is equivalent to a BA/BSc/MA in HCI, Information Systems, Computer Science, Graphic Design, or a related field.
You possess excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills in English.
You foster an environment of continuous, constructive feedback and mutual support.
You are a strong UI/Visual designer who is equally comfortable and capable of navigating the end-to-end UX process.
You possess a sharp eye for typography, color, grids, and layout, with a proven ability to deliver exceptional visual polish and UI execution.
You demonstrate your process, solutions, and expected outcomes using a data-informed, evidence-based approach.
You know how to select and develop the right prototyping methods to de-risk ideas at the right time.
You have hands-on experience designing for web or native platforms, ideally within a platform business or e-commerce environment.
You have working knowledge of and experience contributing to full-stack design systems.
You are comfortable leveraging AI-powered tools to increase the speed, quality, and scale of your design work.
You are able and willing to travel to other corporate offices when required.
Having a basic working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
Previous experience working on high-traffic, large-scale consumer products is a plus.
