You will work with Long Lake’s management teams to drive revenue growth, improve financial performance and reporting, and build technology-enabled operating systems that make our businesses more scalable and effective. This is a hands-on role focused on commercial execution, FP&A, technology-enabled operating improvement, and ownership of high priority initiatives.
You will work across analysis, execution, and direct ownership of the work itself. In practice, that often means owning frontline commercial work and client service directly alongside our leadership teams, as well as partnering closely with leadership to do the blocking and tackling required to ensure that technology becomes a part of day-to-day sales, service, and operations.
Collaborate with partner company leadership to identify the biggest opportunities across growth, margins, and overall business performance
Own and support FP&A, including budgeting, forecasting, and developing a deep understanding of operating data and commercial performance
Drive commercial improvement efforts across sales and marketing, including sales process, demand generation, pipeline management, channel performance, and hiring
Contribute directly to frontline commercial execution when needed, including outbound sales, customer development, and building new go-to-market motions
Work closely with management teams and Long Lake’s technology team to integrate Long Lake’s core AI platform into day-to-day workflows across sales, customer service, finance, and operations
Take on high-priority initiatives and drive them from problem definition through execution
Revenue growth improves meaningfully across the businesses
Sales and marketing execution become more effective, measurable, and accountable
Technology and process improvements translate to meaningful changes in financial and commercial performance
KPI reporting, budgeting, and forecasting become more reliable and actionable
Ambiguous initiatives are driven through to measurable, scalable outcomes
