JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Therapy & Market Developer CPT & DBS is responsible for supporting the growth of Chronic Pain Therapy (CPT / SCS) and Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS) by strengthening patient pathways, improving operational efficiency in implanting centers, and executing market development actions.

The role acts as a key partner to healthcare professionals and internal teams, focusing on practical, field-based initiatives that facilitate therapy adoption, center development, and sustainable market growth.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Pathway Optimization

  • Analyze existing patient pathways in CPT and DBS implanting centers.
  • Identify gaps, delays, or inefficiencies impacting patient access and therapy progression.
  • Work with healthcare professionals to structure and optimize pathways from referral to follow-up.
  • Support the development of referral networks to improve qualified patient flow.
  • Contribute to better coordination between stakeholders involved in patient management.

Operational Support & Process Improvement

  • Support implanting centers in improving day-to-day organization related to therapy activity.
  • Assist with workflow optimization (planning, operating room coordination, follow-up processes).
  • Share best practices between centers and help structure repeatable operational models.
  • Develop practical tools or frameworks to support center efficiency and scalability.
  • Act as a local operational support for complex or growing centers.

NeuroSphere™ Implementation

  • Support the deployment and integration of NeuroSphere™ solutions in CPT and DBS centers.
  • Assist healthcare teams in integrating NeuroSphere™ into their routine clinical workflows.
  • Identify operational or organizational barriers to adoption and propose practical solutions.
  • Gather field feedback to improve implementation approaches and support continuous improvement.

Market Development Execution

  • Execute market development initiatives aligned with national CPT and DBS strategies.
  • Support the development of new implanting centers and the expansion of existing ones.
  • Work closely with Sales and Therapy teams to structure center development plans.
  • Contribute to therapy-focused workshops, meetings or educational initiatives.
  • Monitor key activity indicators related to patient flow, center activation and therapy growth.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Therapy, Clinical and Marketing teams.
  • Act as a field expert on patient pathways and center organization.
  • Provide structured feedback from the field to support continuous improvement of therapy strategies.

Profile & Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Life Sciences, Engineering, Business or related field.
  • Several years of experience in medical devices, hospital projects or therapy development.
  • Strong understanding of hospital organization and clinical environments.
  • Experience in neuromodulation, chronic pain or neurology is an advantage.
