Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, construction, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking charge of the development process, coordinating efforts to ensure the application meets project requirements, and serving as the main liaison for communication and decision-making. The position demands a proactive approach to managing tasks, resolving challenges, and guiding the team towards successful delivery of tailored software solutions that align with organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the integration of various components to ensure seamless functionality and performance.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable development plans.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services.
- Strong knowledge of data integration and transformation techniques.
- Experience in designing and implementing data workflows and job scheduling.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize data processing performance.
- Familiarity with data quality management and error handling processes.
- Competence in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
