Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of custom applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project lifecycle, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the solutions meet the business requirements. The engineer acts as the main liaison for the project, guiding the team through technical challenges and driving the successful delivery of software components. Collaboration and proactive problem-solving are key aspects of the daily routine, along with continuous communication to align efforts across different teams and departments.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to project standards.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align technical solutions with business goals.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce CPQ.
- Strong knowledge of configuring and customizing Salesforce CPQ solutions to meet complex business needs.
- Experience in integrating Salesforce CPQ with other enterprise systems and platforms.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within Salesforce CPQ environments.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle processes and agile methodologies.
- Skilled in analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce CPQ.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
