- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize software development processes and team productivity.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of data pipeline architectures and data integration techniques.
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms and distributed computing frameworks.
- Ability to design and implement scalable data storage solutions.
- Familiarity with data governance, security, and compliance best practices.
- Expertise in performance tuning and optimization of data workflows.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Data Engineering.
