Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the initiative to design, develop, and configure software applications tailored to specific requirements. This role serves as the main liaison for project activities, coordinating efforts across various teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery. The position demands proactive engagement in problem-solving and decision-making to drive project success while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee project timelines and resource allocation to ensure milestones are met efficiently.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project objectives with organizational goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Project Management (PM).
- Strong capability in project planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Experience in coordinating software development life cycles and agile methodologies.
- Ability to analyze complex project requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
- Skilled in using project tracking and collaboration tools to monitor progress and deliverables.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Workday Project Management (PM).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
