Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business process and application needs. The position demands continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that the applications developed align with evolving business goals and operational workflows. The engineer actively participates in refining application features and optimizing performance to support seamless business operations throughout the day.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team and across projects.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP EWM.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP Extended Warehouse Management modules to support complex logistics and supply chain processes.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management principles as they relate to SAP EWM.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within SAP EWM environments efficiently.
- Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP EWM and other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow.
- Capability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for SAP EWM solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP EWM.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
