Role Summary
We are seeking a Salesforce Manager / Tech or Functional Lead with strong hands-on expertise in CG Cloud TPM Functional to drive day-to-day delivery, team execution, and client engagement.
This role demands a high ownership mindset, strong accountability for outcomes, and the ability to lead teams, engage clients, and drive execution without heavy supervision.

Key Responsibilities
Delivery Ownership & Execution
Own end-to-end module or workstream delivery across Salesforce programs.
Ensure quality, performance, and adherence to Salesforce best practices.
Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and gaps drive closure, not just escalation.
Technical Leadership
Act as the technical or functional lead for assigned scope.
Perform solution design, low-level design, code reviews, and troubleshooting.
Guide the team on build vs config decisions, reusability, and optimization.
Lead defect resolution and support complex production issues when required.
Client Connect & Communication
Engage directly with client stakeholders for:
o Requirement clarification
o Design walkthroughs
o Solution discussions and status updates
Translate business needs into clear functional and technical solutions.
Build credibility as a dependable and proactive client-facing lead.
Team Leadership & Accountability
Lead a team of Salesforce developers/configurators.
Drive task planning, estimates, sprint goals, and daily execution.
Mentor team members on technical skills, ownership, and problem-solving.
Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and delivery excellence.
Functional Contribution (Good to Have)
Apply CG Cloud Retail / TPM functional understanding to better align solutions with retail and trade promotion processes.
Support functional discussions and guide teams on domain-aligned solutioning.

Key Skills & Experience
Mandatory Skills
Strong hands-on experience in:
o Salesforce Apex
o Lightning Web Components (LWC)
o Triggers, Batch, Queueable, Asynchronous Apex
Solid understanding of Salesforce data models, security, and limits
Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
Leadership & Behavioral Skills
Strong ownership and accountability mindset
Ability to drive work independently and guide the team
Good client-facing communication skills
Result-oriented with bias toward action
Comfortable operating in dynamic and fast-paced environments
Experience
12+ years of overall experience with significant Salesforce project exposure
Experience as a Tech Lead, Functional Lead, or Module Lead
Prior client-facing delivery experience is required

Good to Have
Salesforce CG Cloud Retail functional knowledge
Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, relevant functional certifications)
Experience in AMS or large-scale Salesforce programs
