Summary:
As a Test Automation Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the evolution of testing practices to establish a seamless and efficient quality engineering process. This role focuses on driving continuous improvement by integrating advanced tools and methodologies that enhance control, accuracy, and data integrity. The position requires fostering innovation in testing strategies, promoting intelligent and predictive approaches, and ensuring that quality remains at the forefront of the development lifecycle. Collaboration across various teams to align testing objectives with organizational goals is a key aspect of daily activities, ensuring that the testing function delivers measurable value and supports overall project success.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the adoption of innovative testing tools and methodologies to enhance automation capabilities.
- Mentor and guide team members to develop their skills and improve overall team performance.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of testing strategies with project objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing.
- Experience in designing and implementing automated test frameworks to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
- Strong knowledge of scripting languages and test automation tools to support continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and develop robust test cases that ensure high-quality software releases.
- Familiarity with performance testing and monitoring to identify bottlenecks and optimize system behavior.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to test automation environments and tools.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Automated Testing.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
The candidate is required to work out of the Client Office in Kharadi, Pune for 3 days per week, as per the mandate.15 years full time education
