Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves analyzing various client requirements and designing tailored software solutions to meet those needs. The role includes coding and testing multiple components of application code, ensuring that each element functions seamlessly within the broader system. Additionally, the position requires performing maintenance and enhancements to existing applications, addressing any issues that arise, and continuously improving software performance. Collaboration with different stakeholders to understand project goals and deliver high-quality software solutions is an integral part of the daily routine.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and best practices in cloud-based application development.
- Experience in debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing application code for performance and scalability.
- Ability to design modular and reusable code components to enhance maintainability.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect SAP applications with other enterprise systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Cloud.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
