This position demands adaptability and a proactive approach to ensure that software solutions align with project goals and client expectations, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement throughout the development cycle.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components.
- Maintain clear and thorough documentation of development processes and configurations.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving software issues to enhance system performance.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Experience in developing reusable components and implementing responsive user interfaces.
- Strong understanding of client-server architecture and asynchronous programming.
- Ability to work with Salesforce platform features such as Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
- Familiarity with version control systems and continuous integration workflows.
- Competence in debugging, testing, and optimizing web components for performance and scalability.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
