Role Summary
Senior Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) to design, develop, and optimize digital marketing solutions.
The role involves building scalable email campaigns, automated customer journeys, data models, and lead lifecycle management aligned with business and marketing requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Develop and customize responsive email templates
Design and manage Data Extensions (data tables) including:
Attribute groups
SQL-based data transformations
Data normalization and best practices
Build and support Journey Builder solutions
Event-driven and data-driven journeys
Create SQL queries, filters, and automations using Automation Studio.
Implement subscriber management, Consent Management , preference centers, and CAN-SPAM/GDPR compliance.
Support integrations with Salesforce CRM and external systems via:
Contact Builder
APIs (REST/SOAP – conceptual understanding)
Import/Export activities
Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) - Good to Have
Design and develop Pardot lead capture forms, form handlers, and landing pages.
Build and manage Engagement Programs for lead nurturing across multiple buyer journeys.
Create and maintain Automation Rules, dynamic lists, segmentation rules, and scoring/grading models.
Configure and maintain Pardot–Salesforce connector, sync behaviors, and data mappings.
