Summary:
As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with specific business processes and application requirements. This role requires a thoughtful approach to understanding the needs of the organization and translating them into functional software solutions. The workday often includes collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the applications developed are efficient, reliable, and tailored to support business objectives effectively. Continuous refinement and adaptation of applications to evolving requirements are also key aspects of the daily routine.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements.
- Ensure the quality and performance of applications through thorough testing and debugging.
- Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for developed applications.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with technical challenges.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Experience in developing and customizing SAP applications to meet business needs.
- Strong understanding of database concepts and data modeling within SAP HANA environment.
- Ability to optimize code for performance and scalability in SAP systems.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools used in SAP landscapes.
- Capability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
