Summary:
As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with business processes and meet specific application requirements. This role requires continuous engagement with evolving project needs, ensuring that solutions are tailored effectively to support organizational goals. The workday often includes collaborating with various stakeholders to understand requirements, developing application components, and refining configurations to optimize performance and usability within the business environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI CO Finance.
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting and controlling modules within enterprise resource planning systems.
- Experience in application design and configuration tailored to financial processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues effectively.
- Familiarity with integration of financial modules with other business applications.
- Competence in analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP FI CO Finance.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
