- Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
- Strong knowledge of system configuration and integration techniques within enterprise environments.
- Experience in managing software release processes and ensuring compliance with platform standards.
- Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and develop scalable solutions.
- Excellent understanding of performance optimization and stability assurance in packaged or cloud-based applications.
- Skilled in collaborating with diverse teams to drive consensus and implement effective strategies.
