- Lead efforts to improve processes and workflows within the team to enhance overall efficiency.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and issue resolution.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Agile Process Coaching.
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and frameworks to guide teams through process improvements.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills to support collaboration across diverse teams.
- Ability to analyze complex system issues and implement effective solutions.
- Experience in coaching teams to adopt agile best practices and continuous delivery principles.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Agile Process Coaching.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
