Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system challenges and implement effective resolutions.
- Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes to enhance efficiency and service quality.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Global Trade Services.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities related to SAP Global Trade Services.
- Experience in diagnosing and resolving issues within complex business systems.
- Ability to work with multiple system components and understand their interdependencies.
- Effective communication skills to interact with technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and incident management processes.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Global Trade Services.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
