Roles & Responsibilities:
-Sustainability Footprint Management Functional
-Looking after SAP SFM and SFM integration with S4 and external parties
-Executing SFM Functional Specifications for the in scope RICEFWs + SFM Integration + Test + Supporting Build
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Sustainability Control Tower SCT.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with integration of custom solutions within enterprise environments.
- Competence in performance optimization and code quality assurance.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Sustainability Control Tower SCT.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
