As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, construction, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking charge as the main liaison for project activities, ensuring smooth coordination and communication among various stakeholders. The position demands overseeing the development lifecycle, addressing challenges as they arise, and steering the project towards successful completion through effective leadership and strategic planning.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of project deliverables to meet quality and timeline expectations.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development, Spring Boot, React.js, Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Good To Have Skills: Spring Boot, React.js, Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Strong knowledge of front-end and back-end development frameworks and tools.
- Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance across different environments.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and deployment strategies.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
