Senior Solution Architect
The Opportunity
As the Senior Solution Architect, you will lead Korea pre-sales activities for key accounts and large-scale opportunities within Adobe Customer Solutions (ACS). You will play a meaningful role in shaping solution direction, defining services scope, and supporting strategic customer engagements.
The ideal candidate demonstrates strong communication skills and a comprehensive grasp of digital transformation and customer experience (CX), paired with substantial enterprise architecture background. In this position, you will engage with prominent brands and important customers, coordinating with sales and delivery teams to promote impactful customer outcomes and support business development..
What You'll Do
- Function in a dynamic setting where you will be accountable for leading key strategic opportunities with our top customers in collaboration with the sales and delivery teams.
- Lead end-to-end pre-sales solutioning including discovery, solution architecture, effort estimation, and proposal development.
- Partner with account teams, delivery teams, and product engineering to support business growth and customer outcomes.
- Engage with customer architects, business, and technical collaborators to build trust and establish credibility.
- Plan and lead workshops to uncover needs, identify customer business objectives and challenges to be solved.
- Develop and present complete services proposals, including scope, staffing, delivery approach, and roadmap aligned to customer objectives.
- Build end-to-end solution architectures across Adobe Experience Cloud and broader enterprise ecosystems.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and integration considerations to ensure scalable and executable solutions.
What You Need To Succeed
- Extensive experience working in a leading consulting or technology organization.
- Proven experience leading professional services pre-sales for large engagements end-to-end, including discovery, architecture, estimation, proposal building and presentation, business value demonstration.
- Solid knowledge of digital platform deployments, including CMS, Customer Data Platforms, Analytics, Personalization, eCommerce, Digital Asset Management, and mobile strategies.
- Strong enterprise architecture and solution development capabilities across complex environments.
- Ability to balance business and technology perspectives, translating business needs into practical and scalable solutions.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills, with the ability to extract clear insights from customer conversations and data.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to engage both technical and business collaborators.
