Software Development Engineer II, Selling Partner Growth
SG&D amplifies the growth trajectory of any Selling Partner WW through scaled and self-service software solutions. To achieve that, we provide SPs with ground truth data about what end-customers seek, leverage science to create insights about their businesses, and produce recommendations on where opportunity exists, in a unified and seamless experience. The Insights team builds data and science-backed solutions for SPs to identify new growth opportunities, monitor their current performance, and root cause when their outcomes fall short of their business goals. We are looking for a highly motivated SDEII to help us design and build the foremost insights provider for our WW SPs.
Key job responsibilities
As a Software Development Engineer on the Insights team, you will own and build distributed and scalable systems to support and accelerate the growth of WW SPs.
The ideal candidate will work cross functionally to understand why and how we build our solutions. They will have a strong sense of ownership and a passion for delivering creative solutions for business problems. A commitment to mentoring, teamwork, agility, and strong communication skills are critical for success. You should be somebody who enjoys working backwards from customer problems to build robust and scalable systems.- 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent, or 4+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- Knowledge of ML frameworks including JAX, PyTorch, vLLM, SGLang, Dynamo, TorchXLA, and TensorRT
- Demonstrated experience leveraging generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency and productivity, with the ability to craft effective prompts and critically evaluate AI-generated outputs in a professional setting
- Experience identifying opportunities to integrate AI solutions into products and services to drive business value

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
