岗位职责：
1.协助产品经理进行产品前期市场调研，完成技术方案的制订；组织或者参与设计开发的各项评审
2.负责产品设计质量控制、工艺控制、成本控制等，并且及时制定改善措施
3.负责产品样机的设计与生产并制订试验方案，根据试验结果对产品进行改进
4.负责产品的小批量生产，对新产品转产提供技术指导
5.负责编制产品及零部件的检验标准
6.协助采购进行物料认证等工作；协助生产、工艺等部门完成工艺是制订；对市场售后提供技术支持
7.公司产品数据和技术的积累与分析；依据项目编制DFMEA文件
岗位要求：
1.本科及以上学历，机械、电机等相关专业，5年以上电机设计经验；
2.熟悉电机的原理和设计知识；
3.熟练掌握CAD、Solidworks、NX、Ansys等设计和仿真软件；
4.了解材料热处理、铸造工艺、机加工工艺、装配工艺等方面知识；
5.有较强的原则性和敬业精神，吃苦耐劳；
