Responsible for working in Electroforming process quality & fabrication quality operations.
Flexibility to work across shifts and have hands on process operation and inspection expertise.
Follow all EHS instructions for working around electroforming chemicals and equipment, including strict PPE usage.
Perform defined incoming, in-process, and final inspections using inspection tools following standard inspection plans/MOS/Routers and checklists without deviation. Tag inspected parts correctly and ensure proper movement to the next operation or quarantine area.
Complete inspection reports, log sheets, and routers with accurate measurements and observations.
Help maintain up-to-date visual management, checklists, and Daily management boards at the workstation.
Knowledge on quality standards, special process and codes.
Knowledge of Aerospace QMS systems and operation cadences.
Product & process safety mindset along with knowledge on core quality tools.
Quality and process certification are added advantages.
Candidate with hands on experience in electrodeposition/fabrication/assembly quality operations.
Good observation skills, discipline in following procedures, and accuracy in measurement and recording.
Experience in using measuring instruments and reading engineering drawings.
Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical Engineering
Min 2 Years of Experience in Aerospace or equivalent industry
Preferred Qualifications :
Working knowledge of ISO/AS 9100
