Objective of Role:
The role is to manage day-to-day operations of the Invesco Real Estate Korea office by coordinating with various functional groups within Invesco Real Estate Asia. The role requires ability to work across numerous internal groups, as well as external vendors, to ensure seamless operations of the office.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
• Assist team members with secretarial matters
• Assist with schedule settings, expense reports, phone calls, and etc.
• Facilitate communication with internal HR, Compliance, Accounting departments in HK as needed
• Communicate with relevant external vendors/partners
• Supervise office-level expenditures to maintain adequate level of office supplies and contract reasonable 3rd party services
Required Qualifications & Experience:
• Working-level verbal and written communication skills in Korean and English
• Computer literacy in various Microsoft Office Suites
• Ability to work independently
• Self-motivated and comfortable achieving maximum results with minimal supervision
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
