We’re looking for a brilliantly organised and professional Personal Assistant to provide exceptional support to our Senior Leadership Team and keep the Leonardo Hotels Head Office in Dublin running like clockwork. The Personal Assistant position is a 12-month FTC and offers hybrid-working (2 days at home, 3 days in the office).

Key responsibilities of the Personal Assistant include:

  • Providing Leadership support: be the primary contact for leadership correspondence by managing diaries, coordinating meetings and handling sensitive information with absolute discretion

  • Coordinating Head Office operations: from greeting guests to managing post, couriers and supplies, you’ll keep things running smoothly

  • Managing meetings and boardroom setup: make every meeting seamless by being AV-ready, arranging catering and ensuring rooms are immaculate

  • Arranging events and conferences: from agendas to RSVPs to travel and logistics, you’ll deliver standout experiences for our Senior Leaders

  • Employee engagement: bring the fun by coordinating Christmas and summer socials, celebrations and recognition for Head Office team members
