This role is for a Software Engineer Senior on the Skunk Works Electromagnetic Spectrum (EMS) Warfare team. You will support the integration of open architecture services into tactically representative hardware and verify the functional behavior of the end-to-end capability as deployed on the hardware. We will help identify and leverage your strengths and guide you to develop and accelerate your skills on important projects that provide immediate value to our customers. The day-to-day expectations of the person in this role are that s/he will face complex and challenging assignments that may require investigation and critical problem solving. The specific job responsibilities of this role may be classified and will require the applicant to be eligible to obtain a Secret clearance. Does this sound like you? Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors in computer science, Computer Engineering, Software Development or related degree from an accredited college.
• Software development experience in C++ and Python
• Experience with Linux
Desired Skills:
• Understands Open System Architectures like Big Iron and AMS GRA
• Experience with containerization technology like Docker and Podman
• Experience with Vagrant and/or Windows Subystem for Linux (WSL)
• Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) tools like Gitlab CI/CD
• Ability to build and maintain relationships, collaborate with others, engage in constructive conflict, and manage interpersonal dynamics
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
