To support our Studio team in Milan, we are looking for a motivated Product Library Assistant
Location: Our Office in Milan
Department: Studio Production LuxE
Working Model: On-site
Contract Type: Fixed
Here's a breakdown of what you'll be doing:
- Assist and support the Logistics team with all studio-related tasks, including unpacking, packing, tagging, and scanning products and samples
- Help organize and maintain the logistics area to ensure smooth workflow
- Steam garments and prepare products on rails for shoots
- Support stylists and the photo team with wardrobe management and garment organization post-shoot
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all products and goods within the photo studio
- Advocate and handle all products with care
- Assist the logistics team throughout all stages of the logistic cycle including the inventory
The type of person we are looking for:
- Previous experience working within a logistic facility/a showroom/an e-commerce/in retail
- Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace knowledge is mandatory
- Detail-oriented with a high sense of responsibility, especially when handling premium goods
- English skills, verbal and written, are mandatory
