Department Overview
At Motorola Solutions, we create technologies our customers refer to as their lifeline. Dimetra is providing a mission critical TETRA-based communication system. Dimetra Network Management team is responsible for system configuration and monitoring solutions. Our products are based on various technologies and are entirely developed and tested in our R&D center in Krakow.
Job Description
We are seeking an Intern Java Software Developer who will join one of our Scrum teams responsible for the end-to-end software development lifecycle. Every day you will cooperate with experienced professionals on the planning, development, testing and maintenance of customer-facing features. Basic Requirements
Good knowledge of Java (JDK 21) and Java Concurrency
Clear English communication skills (B1+ or higher)
Strong analytical thinking and willingness to learn
Minimum availability of 32 hours per week
Readiness for a 15-month employment contract (UoP)
Ability to work from our Kraków office 2 days per week
Additional Knowledge/Skills
Basic understanding of computer networks, specifically routing and switching
Experience with CI/CD tools and version control techniques, such as Jenkins and Git
