• Build & Configuration: Lead the design and configuration of UKG Pro Time & Absence systems, ensuring solutions meet business needs and follow best practices.
• Testing Excellence: Support functional, integration, and UAT testing phases to guarantee flawless delivery.
• Best Practices & Innovation: Stay ahead of UKG Pro releases, advocate for process optimization, and recommend proactive improvements.
• Effective Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear visuals, diagrams, and process flows for diverse stakeholders.
• Documentation: Capture and validate business requirements, creating detailed technical specifications for implementation teams.
• Systems & Tools: Work with UKG PRO Workforce Management (formally Dimensions), Jira, ServiceNow, Workday, and apply Agile methodology to deliver efficiently.
• Issue Resolution: Coordinate with development and operations teams to resolve configuration, integration, and reporting challenges.

WHAT YOU BRING
• Expertise:
• 8+ years in Time & Absence configuration.
• 6+ years with UKG Time & Attendance systems.
• Proven Delivery: At least one full implementation of a Time & Absence system from the ground up.
• Skills:
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Agile experience collaborating with product owners.
• Knowledge: Deep understanding of UKG Pro systems, ideally at a global scale.
• Mindset: Self-starter with attention to detail and a passion for driving results.
