We are seeking a Hotel Specialist within our Travel Services team to support the growing strategic importance of Travel Services as both a guest experience enhancer and a business driver. This role is responsible for the day-to-day execution of sourcing, pricing, and coordination activities related to our shore-based programs, including pre- and post-cruise hotels and transfers.
As a key contributor to the guest journey, the Hotel Specialist ensures that each experience — from the moment guests arrive at their pre-cruise hotel to their post-cruise departure — aligns with the luxury standards and personalized service synonymous with The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection.
