The Imaging Engineer Trainee is an entry-level developmental role designed to prepare candidates for advancement into a Customer Service Engineer position. Successful completion of the program—along with demonstrated readiness and leadership approval—will lead to eligibility for transition into a Customer Service Engineer role.
Some things to know:
Temporary housing and/or Stipend will be offered during training program
Company vehicle will be provided while in Cary, NC
The intention of this program is to develop early-career service professionals to join our organization and grow their careers with us.
Compensation: During the 15 week program, you will be paid $1,925 Bi-Weekly
Key Responsibilities
• Complete onboarding, compliance, safety, and technical training
• Assist Customer Service Engineers with service preparation, tools, and documentation
• Follow all safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Meet developmental milestones and performance expectations
• Develop communication and customer interaction skills
• Observe field service activities to build technical knowledge
• Maintain awareness of equipment control and handling
• Demonstrate readiness for transition to Customer Service Engineer Role
• Relocate as required for business needs
Minimum Requirements
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Valid driver's license & eligible to pass a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
Willing to move to Cary, NC for Medical Imaging Service Academy
Must be open to company sponsored relocation and placement in a service region/territory anywhere in the U.S. after program completion for Customer Service Engineer I position
Physical Requirements
• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Walk, stand, sit, bend, twist, squat
• Climb ladders or stepstools
• Perform fine manipulation tasks
• Work independently in field environments
Preferred Qualifications
• Electrical, Mechanical, or Biomedical Engineering experience
• Prior technical or hands-on experience
