Summary: Join our dynamic team as a Full-Stack Developer, where you'll be at the forefront of technology, experimenting with emerging technologies and next-generation IT tools. Your role is crucial in accelerating solution development, automating complex workflows, and supporting federal missions to improve citizen services.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Experiment and be an early adopter of emerging technologies, including generative AI, intelligent agents, and edge computing.
  • Leverage advanced engineering frameworks such as Agentic AI to accelerate solution development and automate complex workflows.
  • Design and build full-stack applications using languages like Python, Java, and JavaScript, and frameworks such as React, Node.js, and Spring Boot.
  • Deploy cloud-native solutions on platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP using containers (Docker, Kubernetes), serverless functions, and infrastructure-as-code.
  • Integrate AI/ML models into production systems using various tools, optimizing for performance, stability, and ethical use.
  • Collaborate in agile teams to deliver secure, resilient, and innovative software that supports federal missions and improves citizen services.

Required skills:

  • Proficiency in programming languages including Python, Java, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with full-stack development frameworks such as React, Node.js, and Spring Boot.
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP, and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with deploying cloud-native solutions and using serverless functions.
  • Knowledge of AI/ML model integration and optimization in production environments.
  • Experience working in agile teams and delivering innovative software solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to technology adoption and implementation.

 

 

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland is:
$57,200—$109,400 USD
