Are you a proactive problem-solver passionate about building quality into every stage of software development?We're looking for an Associate Software Engineer to join our team and drive quality excellence from concept to delivery.
In this role, you'll go beyond traditional Developer or QA, leveraging your understanding of system architecture and data flow to make strategic automation decisions (API vs. UI), identify issues at scale, and champion quality improvements across the entire SDLC. If you're ready to be a technical consultant and enabler of quality, not just application developer or a defect detector, we want to hear from you!
Design and implement robust automation strategies (API, UI, etc.) Analyze system architecture and data flows to ensure comprehensive test coverage Collaborate with engineering and product teams to embed quality upstream Drive continuous improvement in our development processes
Strong programming skills and experience with automation frameworks
Understanding of distributed systems and scalable architectures
A proactive mindset and passion for quality excellence
